Location: City of London
Salary: £50000 - £70000 per annum

The company client is a highly regarded Qlik business that has built a strong reputation on their ability to deliver projects to a very high standard, offer realistic solutions and setting fair expectations. The company is rapidly expanding and are now looking to recruit a highly skilled QlikView Consultant to take a lead on a number of projects as well as supporting new projects.This is an exciting opportunity for career progression.
Job purpose:
* As a QlikView Consultant you will be working alongside senior stakeholders in financial services businesses and offering leadership when it comes to building out solutions as well as taking on smaller projects alone.
Description and main duties performed:
* Working in a variety of QlikView environments on large data sets
* Operating within a heavily regulated environment with complex data warehouse solutions
* Liaising with clients to understand the scope and size of the project and helping to deliver to spec as well as mitigate risks
* Delivering solutions that move businesses towards data driven decisions across banking and insurance clients
* Developing cutting edge solutions with QlikView
* Strong design flair and ability to show off Qlik's products
* Ability to advise on future roadmap as well as define improvements across the MI / BI estate
The successful candidate will have the following background and abilities:
* Expertise in QlikView development across enterprise businesses
* Strong knowledge of SQL
* Comfortable in visual design and UX
* Knowledge of PowerPivot, Tableau, Power BI or other visualisation tools
* Experience working directly with stakeholders
* PM skills to track and deliver change in MI / BI functions
* Mentorship and managerial experience
* Strong analytical skills
