This teaching assistant role requires someone who can support pupils within a classroom setting on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. The pupils you will be working with will be behind their peers because of a variety of reasons such as learning difficulties or behavioural issues and with your high quality support they will have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Previous experience in a primary school, or a school setting where learners need additional support.
Relevant qualifications useful - any experience level would be considered if the candidate has the right personality and is adaptable and flexible with a willing to learn new skills.
Must have at least two valid professional references (from working with children) and be able to pass Randstad's compliance checks (which include having a valid DBS in place as well as ID and eligibility to work in the UK).
