Field Based (with travel to project sites throughout the UK) 
£13.99 per hour Plus DIS, Pension, Company Benefits Scheme 

Our client is a complete engineering solutions provider delivering high quality turnkey engineering, lifting and handling services. They are now looking for an Industrial Electrician to join their team.

As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects and contracts throughout the UK. 

Joining a motivated and engaged team, you’ll utilise your industrial and technical knowledge to deliver high quality work and an excellent level of customer service. 

Your duties will include installing panel and distribution boards, containment systems and SWA and control cables. 

To be considered, you must have previous experience gained within an industrial and/or manufacturing environment, including experience of the following: 

- Installing panel and distribution boards 
- Installing containment systems 
- Installing, glanding and terminating SWA and control cables 

The following is also essential: 

- A City & Guilds 2391-2394 Certificate in Inspection and Testing 
- A CSCS and/or ECS card 
- JIB approved status 
- A full driving licence 

Focused and determined, as an Industrial Electrician, you must have a great eye for detail and strong communication skills. You must also have a positive approach and the ability to work well, both alone and in a team. 

Experience or knowledge of the following would be beneficial to your application: building and installing control panels, providing recommendations or provisions for engineering solutions, HV or match marking factory equipment cables for disconnection and reconnection in a new location.
