Salary: £18,000 + Un Capped Commission

Youth Media have an exciting opportunity that is perfectly suited for a young business professional or graduate who is ready to build their career in sales and marketing.

The Sales & Marketing Executive role:

This position is hugely varied and combines sales, marketing, account management and opportunities to build a renowned brand in the student advertising market. You will be responsible for:

• Generating new business from clients who wish to promote their products and services to students.
• Designing and executing marketing communications plan to a variety of customers and stakeholders.
• Representing and working alongside prestigious brands to plan and implement their advertising campaigns on university campuses.
• Building fantastic relationships with clients and universities.

Sales & Marketing Executive Skills and experience required:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A university degree (preferably in Marketing or Business-related subject).
• A burning desire to achieve great results.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work independently, yet also as part of a small team where you contribute directly to the success of the business.
• The ability to manage the sales process from start to finish, from generating leads to closing deals.
• Creativity in abundance.
• A high work ethic, perseverance and ability to juggle several tasks while delivering high quality performance.
