Location: Lancashire

Our client is a well respected organisation with an excellent track record in the market, who are actively seeking to recruit a driven and articulate Data Analyst for their talented team office based in Preston.The successful applicant will be responsible for providing Management Information reporting across the business.This is an exciting opportunity for career progression.
Main duties for this position will involve:
* Reporting to the MI Manager
* Working collaboratively with the business to define, document and analyse requirements
* Analysing data and presenting actionable insights to help decision makers make more informed decisions
* Transforming data into meaningful and easy to understand formats for end users
* Providing accurate and timely management information to all levels of management across the business
Essential experience and qualifications required:
* Experience analsing and manipulating data in tools such as Excel, Access or similar
* Ability to manipulate large datasets and create dashboards
* Good communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business
* Good analytical skills and statistical knowledge
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work towards deadlines
* Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills with a well-developed ability to understand and assess trends, highlighting the important information from a large volume of data.
