Job Title: Commercial Contract Manager
An exciting opportuntiy within a well established family run business. We are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager into the Interior Fit Out Division. The business are able to offer a total package solution covering facilities maintenance, mechanical and electrical services and interior fit outs.
This is a great opportunity to work on commercial projects and would suit candidates with cradle to grave experience. While managing a small team you will be able to increase sales through new business while managing existing clients. Projects sit within the commercial and industrial sectors - with experience of both areas you will be confident with refurbishment works including planning works for the team, programming and estimating.
Key responsibilities include: providing strategic direction to the interior fit out division to maximise opportunity, managing multiple projects, taking initial enquiries from the customer, assist with producing quotations for the projects, liaising with other departments to provide accurate information, allocation of work to the team.
It is essential that you have a strong financial awareness and are able to manage a budget. A focus on strong customer service is required along with a team approach to the role. Experience of carpentry is desireable.
