Spa Manager
Hotel & Spa
ESSEX COUNTY, East England
Our client is a Hotel & Spa group situated in the Essex area which has amazing plans in place for a large refurbishment.
They are now seeking a dynamic Spa Manager to take the business forward into this new and exciting phase.
This is a fantastic opportunity and not one to be missed. If you are driven by growth and excited to be part of expansion and refurbishment plans, then this is the role for you.
The Spa once renovated will be a total haven of relaxation within a prestigious Spa and Hotel, which in turn will be attracting a fantastic clientele from Spa and pamper days to regular local clients enjoying the pure bliss of the Spa and its surroundings.
Overview:
Required strong Spa Manager
Dedicated to achieving business results through management of people, KPI's, and demonstrating competency in all aspects of Spa Management through to daily operations.
These will include performance management of the team, income generation, achievement of profit expectations, implementation of promotions and processes, cost management and maintaining high standards within the Spa environment.
Key Qualifications & Skills/Experience Required:
Must be NVQ level 2 and 3 qualified
Must have considerable amount of Spa Management experience
Strong leadership skills to help mentor and lead a large team and manage a large amount treatment of rooms.
Training & HR background is a desirable quality
Real commercial flair required
Strong business acumen, MUST have knowledge of P&L, KPI's, Budgets, and Health & Safety.
Excellent customer service, and strive for 5-star service
A logical and organised approach as a Spa Manager
Flexible and adaptable on a daily basis to suit the needs of the business
Package Details:
Approx. GBP27k Basic plus commission - OTE: GBP32-GBP35k
