We're looking for a hands on, Vibrant self-motivated Team member with fantastic proven previous experience. Someone who thrives by passionately developing their skills and equally working within a team. A forward thinking Team member, who loves more than just fresh fish!
The Role:
Specifically responsible for maintaining YO! Sushi's standards of operation in the areas of:
•Cleanliness and Maintenance, following company policy on high standards of cleanliness and ensuring all company guidelines are adhered to.
•Maintaining the BOH dishwashing area, ensuring all equipment is washed to a professional standard
•The use of controlled chemicals in line with company training.
•Act as a role model to fellow workers by displaying a high level of professionalism and integrity
•Following cleaning schedule to ensure restaurant is immaculately cleaned to YO! Sushi standards
The Candidate
•Proven previous experience in a similar role within catering or hospitality
•An outgoing character who is flexible and would like to progress.
•Positive Attitude and a great deal of energy
•Ability to perform duties which require speed, efficiency, organisation and possible heavy lifting.
•The legal right to work in the UK
NB: Must be able to demonstrate 5 years working and/or studying in UK for an airport applicant
