eRecruit Solutions is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Recruitment Sales Executive, Full or Part-Time, to join their expanding team in Bristol.

Since 2008, we have become one of the largest and most successful Online Recruitment Specialists, providing an award-winning Recruitment solution across all sectors in the UK, Australia and UAE.

We work in a flexible environment (our office has some great Spotify playlists, an Xbox and a pool table), whilst exceeding sales targets, providing a fantastic service to each and every client, and earning great commissions. We work hard, but we leave at 5pm every day (sometimes earlier on Fridays) and have a lot of fun in the meantime.

We're looking for a Recruitment Sales Executive with previous experience of dealing with senior level decision makers, to consultatively compose and close the sale of tailored recruitment packages. You'll get full support from an in-house Client Services team, freeing up your time to hit (and exceed) your targets!

PART-TIME positions are also available, either on a half-day basis, or a few full-days per week.

TITLE: Recruitment Sales Executive
SALARY: £20-30k basic pro rata, plus uncapped commission and profit share. OTE £50k+ in year one
BENEFITS: Uncapped commission, profit share, sales competitions and prizes, social calendar, duvet days!
OFFICE HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5 (we don't believe in late nights), or Part-Time

The Recruitment Sales Executive will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and contacting senior level decision makers, selling the company's unique recruitment solutions
- Providing a consultative sales approach
- Working to sales targets
- Closing high-value deals

The ideal Recruitment Sales Executive will possess:
- Previous success in a targeted B2B Sales / Recruitment Consultancy role
- Excellent knowledge and experience of working with senior level decision makers
- Experience of working to sales targets
- A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent punctuality
- A dedicated, focused approach to work
