This company is looking to recruit a Client Advisor to answer client queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensure their clients are contacted regarding renewal following the correct process, manage client accounts accordingly and ensure all team/individual targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact customers regarding renewal of their insurances, promoting additional products and services
- Contact customers regarding recently processed applications which are awaiting payment
- Contact customers in regards to their referred applications
- Ensure insurance cancellations are processed following the correct procedure
- Contact customers for outstanding information
- Respond to client queries via email
- Answer incoming calls, managing client accounts and general customer service
- Liaise with underwriters regarding new insurance proposals
- Adhere to compliance requirements
- To maintain a high degree of product knowledge

Skills/Qualifications Required:

Successful candidate is likely to have experience in this type of role but it is not essential. Relevant qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
