Service Account Co-ordinator

Flamefast Fire Systems has an exciting opportunity and is looking for a Service Account Co-ordinator based in Wellingborough. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis. Working hours are 9am to 5pm and you will receive up to £17,000 per annum DOE.

Flamefast Fire Systems are an independently family owned company who have had fantastic growth over the last 6 years.  We seek an experienced Service Account Co-ordinator to join our team based in Wellingborough.

Customer Account Coordination, the role will include anything that is required to complete the works for our clients; i.e., Credit Account Application, Order Processing, Engineer Allocation, Stock/Parts/Labour/Misc Purchase Orders, GRN for those purchases, and Purchase Invoices for those purchases, Stock Movements, Job Closure & Invoicing.

Service Account Co-ordinator duties include:

Key Skills required by our ideal Service Account Co-ordinator: 

- Strong sense of initiative and a "can do" attitude

- Articulate and good telephone manner

- Excellent written communication and Numerical skills

- Keen eye for attention to detail

- High level of computer proficiency and demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
