Fire Suppression Service Engineer

Flamefast have an exciting opportunity for a Fire Suppression Service Engineer to join our team based in Glasgow. The role is a full time, permanent role offering a salary of up to £30,000.OTE

Flamefast Fire Systems are the market leader within the UK for Ansul R102 kitchen fire suppression systems and have been awarded the distributor of the year award for the last 6 years running.  Flamefast Fire Systems are an independently family owned company who have had fantastic growth over the last 8 years, due to continued growth and exciting expansion plans we seek an additional Ansul Fire Suppression Service Engineer to join our service team.

The Fire Suppression Systems Service Engineer will visit client premises, within a dedicated area servicing Ansul kitchen fire suppression systems.  The service territory covers the area of Scotland but the successful candidate could reside anywhere within this area, preferably centrally.

The company will provide you with the necessary tools, company van, fuel card and hotel card to allow you to stay in hotels if required and monthly bonuses. 

Due to the systems being installed in commercial kitchens and restaurants the service work will need to be carried out when the kitchen is not in operation, therefore the majority of work will be undertaken out of normal working hours.

For suitable Fire Suppression Service Engineer candidates there may also be the ability to train in other fire suppression and detection disciplines to become a multi-disciplined engineer.

The successful Fire Suppression Service Engineer will be either an experienced Service Engineer, who has been trained to service Ansul systems and able to demonstrate recent relevant experience or an individual who possess the desire to train for the position.

Fire Suppression Service Engineer – What we require

The Fire Suppression Systems Service Engineer will hold a full, clean, UK driving licence and be self- motivated with excellent customer service skills. The role demands excellent attention to detail, good time management and customer facing awareness.
