This is an excellent opportunity for a School Administrator to work in Rochdale with a supportive and friendly senior leadership team. The role is starting immediately for at least one term.

You must have SIMS experience as this is school based office work, you will have previously had a strong administration or HR background in order to be considered for this role.

* SIMS experience
* Experience dealing with confidential information * A good working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages be I.T. literate and able to set up spread sheets. * Good telephone manner * Good attention to detail * Good grammar and spelling * Good initiative and be proactive to assist the running of the school * Flexibility within their role and not see any task as too small Responsibilities: * To provide an effective support service for the school, using IT systems and SIMS software * Processing invoices * Front of house welcoming parents, visitors, pupils and other members of staff * To produce resource materials, forms, booklets and other documentation to meet staff specification within agreed time limits * Responsibility of all administrative duties such as filing, scanning and copying * To provide clerical support in all areas of the office as is necessary
