About the role
Our Sales Consultants are the first point of contact for customers calling into the Sales Centre. Responsible for handling inbound calls, searching for the customers ideal break and securing holiday bookings, whilst proactively working towards individual and team targets. Product knowledge, passion and enthusiasm are key factors for success as well as building rapport with our customers and understanding their needs.
Induction Training
Our 2-week induction schedule covers all areas of sales training including; systems, selling insurance, product knowledge and practical experience within our Sales Centre. We are committed to the professional development of our employees and offer ongoing training, development and internal job opportunities.
