This Community Interest Company (CIC) provides access to finance for local people who are financially excluded from obtaining finance from mainstream institutions such as Banks and Building Societies.

They are seeking a focused and highly motivated person to join their Back Office administration team based in Birmingham. If you have excellent communication skills and some experience as an office administrator this position is for you. Your role will be to provide general office administration and support to our retail outlets and business clients.

Typical Duties will include:

- General office administration duties
- Data entry
- Filling and scanning documentation onto our electronic archive system
- Ensuring client requests are processed accurately and efficiently
- Processing Direct Debit Instructions
- Responding to customer and client enquiries via email and telephone communication
- Creating and updating customer records
- Sending out documentation via email and post

This role will suit an individual who:
- Is honest and trustworthy and can exceed customer service standards
- Is fully computer literate with excellent desktop skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Has a high level of concentration and excellent attention to detail
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has strong organisation skills and is able to prioritise their workload
- Is able to work successfully on their own initiative and within a team
- Has the ability to work under pressure and multi-task

Whilst experience within the financial sector is advantageous, it is not imperative as full training is provided.
