The Company:

Main duties:
To lead the Sales and Marketing team and develop the French Market

The Role:
- To manage the Sales & Marketing Strategies for the French online marketplaces
- To define a long term growth strategy
- To plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans
- To provide Leadership to the Sales and Marketing staff
- To Manage the P&L
- To collaborate with the product team to develop new product ideas
- To manage, mentor, and grow your team to develop the business
- To attend regular Business meeting
- To report to the General Manager

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English, French (Written and Spoken)
- Previous experience in Business Development
- Management and Leadership skills
- Persuasive and Excellent communication skills
- Target driven
- Decision maker
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to details - Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate

Salary:
£50-60k basic + up to £8k Bonus + Benefits
