Kitchen Manager vacancy: Exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Manager at The Cape of Good Hope - a successful business in Oxford which has recently had a large refurbishment.
We already have a passionate, established Kitchen team and we are now looking for an experienced leader. You will have experience in training and developing a team whist maintaining high food quality & safety standards.
The successful Kitchen Manager will be happy to work to a spec menu but will have the freedom to create their own menu from a large bank of dishes. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the success of the business and work with the management team to drive this business forward.
Kitchen Manager role:

Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework

You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
