We are currently recruiting for a Wedding & Sales Co-Ordinator at Chateau Rhianfa, located in North Wales near Bangor. 

key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for bookings from enquiry to completion and post event evaluation
  • Dealing with & converting new enquiries
  • Liaising with clients and showrounds of the hotel
  • Conducting weekly operations briefing meetings
  • Maintaining existing strong relationships with our clients and developing new ones.

We need you to have experience of hotel computer systems, Previous experience within an event co-ordinator role and a passion for hospitality!
