We are currently recruiting for a Wedding & Sales Co-Ordinator at Chateau Rhianfa, located in North Wales near Bangor.
key responsibilities:
- Responsible for bookings from enquiry to completion and post event evaluation
- Dealing with & converting new enquiries
- Liaising with clients and showrounds of the hotel
- Conducting weekly operations briefing meetings
- Maintaining existing strong relationships with our clients and developing new ones.
We need you to have experience of hotel computer systems, Previous experience within an event co-ordinator role and a passion for hospitality!
