Commercial Manager
Southampton
Salary up to £70,000 + Package
A progressive and respected consultancy based in Southampton is searching for a Commercial Manager.
You will be joining small but growing practice that offers a bespoke Cost Management and Project Management service across a wide range of sectors.
You will be working on a variety of exciting projects while at the same time be responsible for managing a team of surveyors. As side form this you will assist in the further growth and development of the business working closely with the Managing Director.
This role will suit and existing Commercial Manager/Director or an Managing Surveyor who is looking to take the step up.
Requirements:
You will have high level of consultancy / PQS experience working on project up to £10 million.
Experience in training and managing a team.
Degree educated or equivalent.
RICS OR MRICS.
Good working knowledge of the JCT / NEC forms of contract.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Have business development experience.
