We are looking for Customer Contact Agents to join our fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly expanding team based in Sale, Greater Manchester.

Dealing with real-time enquiries both outbound and inbound. We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service, who is a great communicator, personable and has a desire to succeed. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.

Example of tasks;

  • Ensuring that calls are dealt with effectively and efficiently on behalf of the company
  • Meeting specific daily targets as set by the department
  • OUTBOUND - To action outbound leads and or call-backs
  • INBOUND - To take inbound calls as required
  • Create call-backs for potential clients ensuring that call-backs are promptly completed
  • Ensuring all calls are compliant and the call structure provided is followed
  • Ensuring all information collated is accurate
