The Company:
Our client is a well-established, international manufacturing company based in Central London.
Main duties:
To be in charge of the day-to-day Customer Services at consumer level within a busy Customer Services team and to ensure the highest standard of Customer Support.
The Role:
- To provide an excellent level of Customer Services at all times
- To deal with enquiries via email, phone and fax
- To process orders and payments and ensure on-time delivery
- To deal with returns and issue discounts
- To liaise with other departments regarding product availability / delivery / returns
- To work as part of a team and report to the Team Leader
- To update customers details accurately on SAP
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Additional fluency in German or French would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a customer services environment at B2C level
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate (Excel, SAP ideally)
The Salary:
Up to £27,000 p.a. + bonus + benefits
