This is the perfect opportunity for a new qualified Management Accountant who is looking to get their teeth into a new position in a dynamic and flexible company.

We are a fast growing business, investing in our finance and back office functions, to ensure we have the infrastructure in place to continue our path to success. 

This role will aim to have overall responsibility for financial operations and providing management accounting and other insights to our business leaders. If you have a few years agency or media experience and would love to work in a vibrant, innovative environment, that can fit around your other commitments, then we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

> Aim to have overall responsibility for day-to-day financial operations
> Monthly consolidated and departmental management accounts
> Collaborating on planning, budgeting and forecasting
> Development of performance/variance and other reports
> Finance policies and procedures
> Supervision of one finance executive
> Assets and cash flow management
> Being point of contact for the HMRC and external accounts in the UK, US and Australia

About You:

> Full or part qualified in CIMA / ACA / ACCA. AAT would be considered if you have the right agency/media background
> Strong, advanced Excel skills – including pivot tables
> Clear written and verbal communication and confidence in communicating with staff at all levels of seniority
> > The ability to present complex financial information to a lay audience
> Reliability, attention to detail and high standard of professionalism
> Agency experience would be desirable but not essential
> An understanding of the education and advertising sectors would be beneficial
> Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP would be a huge bonus!
