Information & Advice Team Leader
Hours: 35 hour per week
Salary: £20,000-£22,000 (depending on experience)
Age UK Tameside is looking to recruit a Team Leader for our Information and Advice service for older people and their carers. We are looking for someone who has experience and good working knowledge of the welfare benefit system, social care issues and local services.
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong management and organisational skills
- Previous experience of working with a vulnerable client group
- Experience of producing monitoring reports and meaningful case studies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be a positive and effective team player
- Experience of working with, managing and supporting volunteers
