Position: Marketing Communications Manager - Banking
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45000 - £55000 per annum + Bonus and Package

They are currently seeking to recruit a talented Marketing Communications Manager into their vibrant and innovative team based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have strong project management and planning skills, technical knowledge of print and digital media and good attention to detail. Main duties will cover the following:
* Delivery of all mandatory and technical communications across branch and direct to customer channels for the UK business.
* Deliver innovation and development of mandatory communications ensuring they are human and on brand.
* Manage development and succession plans for the Retail Customer Communications Team.
* Governing the mandatory customer content journey and influence other stakeholders to improve the experience and relevancy of communications
* Manage the Retail Customer Communications Budget and relevant reporting.
Competencies and background required:
* Relevant Marketing Communication experience - ideally from retail banking environment.
* Strong Project Management skills.
* Good understanding of Marketing Mix.
* Experience working in complex and matrix organizations.
* Strong Communicating and Influencing skills.
* Experience working, managing external agencies.
