A Full Time and a Part Time Property Consultant / Lettings Negotiator are required in Salford.

We are looking for both a full time and a part-time team member to join our team. You need to be stress resistant and bring a willingness to constantly learn new things and make a contribution to our team.

Property Consultant / Lettings Negotiator - Your responsibilities;
- First and foremost to represent our brand in all that you do
- Deliver a high level of customer service by:
- Helping each customer find their ideal property
- Generating, arranging and attending viewings
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- To undertake routine inspections
- Accurately marketing of our properties

- Knowledge of Manchester and/or Salford
- Full UK driving licence (proven)
- Owns own car
- Eligibility to work in the UK (proven)

Hours of work;
Full time role: Monday - Friday 10.00am - 6.30pm, and every other Saturday during our busiest period (Nov-March).
Part time role: Monday - Friday 12.00pm - 6.30pm, and every other Saturday during our busiest period (Nov-March).
