Property Maintenance Tradesperson

Want to be part of a rapidly expanding award-winning student and professional lettings business in the centre of Leicester?

You will be expected to have a wide variety of skills including some or all of the following:

- General property maintenance
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Basic electrical repair

Whilst you may not have formal qualifications they will expect you to have demonstrable experience of maintaining properties to a very high standard in either a facilities, maintenance, caretaker or general handyman capacity. At all times you will be expected to work efficiently, leaving all properties clean and tidy whilst complying with relevant Health & Safety procedures to ensure a very professional outcome.

You must have your own tools & transport and you will benefit from a free on-site gym including free fitness classes, a mileage allowance and negotiable salary based on experience. This is a permanent full time role.
