Formed in 2001, our client is the market leader in designing, building and installing various types of signage projects nationally, across many industry sectors. Offering unique solutions to the specific requirements of our customers, their signage is tailored to suit brand and budget allowances. As an established business with many years trading experience in the sign industry, they offer outstanding quality and an uncompromised ability to respond to customer demand.

They’re now looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to join their team in Leeds and offering a salary of £35,000 per annum and a company car. It will be your responsibility to deliver the set projects from initial query through to manufacture, installation and invoicing.

Our client is looking for a Project Manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can build and manage strong relationships whilst communicating at all levels of the business. You should be highly organised, able to work in a high pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.

Your day to day duties as the Project Manager will consist of:
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Researching and investigating potential opportunities
• Networking with current clients to influence and manage all areas of the relationship
• Delivering exceptional service on behalf of all customers
• Ensuring excellent project management at all times
• Preparing project information and all relevant documentation, ensuring a high level of accuracy
• Remaining fully aware of services and be knowledgeable in order to write and prepare new proposals when needed
• Project budget management & client revenue handling
• Coordinating project management activities
• Finding solutions to ensure customer expectations are met
• Ensuring strong management of multiple projects from initial enquiry through to installation and invoicing
• Contributing to promotional strategies and projects, consistent with Insignia’s goals
• Liaising with the Marketing team to ensure our client is always seen as the market leader and providing innovation to the customer
• Proposing measures to maintain our market share and win share from our rivals

You will need the following skills & qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
• Prior experience within the sign industry, including manufacture and installation, is preferable, experience within the pub, high street and leisure industry is desirable
• Strong sales and negotiation skills and experience
• A good level of education
• Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• The ability to compile and analyse statistical information
• Talent to identify and implement improvements to the company and corporate strategies as required
