The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of software intended for Human Resources.

Main duties:
Your role will be create and maintain client relationships in order to generate and close sales leads. To do so, you will arrange meetings when necessary and promote the full range of products and services that my clients offer, provide support to colleagues and to actively implement marketing activities.

The Role:
- To identify new business leads on relevant markets
- To prospect for new clients via phone, mail and other media to generate leads
- To manage a pipeline of leads by analysing client activity
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with senior level decision makers
- To conduct company research & analyse market opportunities
- To identify potential clients & develop sales contacts
- To qualify leads
- To cold-call and achieve set targets
- To secure appointments/meetings for the Country Manager
- To spend time in France visiting clients in order to support sales
- To support the Credit Control team when required
- To implement campaigns and services actively

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a call centre environment - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in Lead Generation/Business Development/Sales or Telesales in a B2B enviroment - ESSENTIAL
- Experience using a CRM database
- Ability to work comfortably as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Able to organise own workload
- Keen eye for detail
- IT Literate

The Salary:
Up to £25k pa DOE + £6k OTE Commission + Excellent Benefits
