Graduate Lettings and Property Manager

A Graduate Lettings and Property Manager is required to join this estate agents firm based in East Ham, London.

Responsibilities:

Being responsible for the administration of new residential lettings, conducting viewing, arranging repairs, new lettings and contracts.

Supporting the good running of the agency and property management parts of the business.

As such good administration and time managements skill will be required.

You will be working at part of a team so the ability to be a people person and have a good degree of common sense. Being able to able logic and your knowledge to deal with customers each day in a professional way to achieve the best outcomes for clients and their tenants.

You would be working full time and a half day 2 Saturdays per month.

The firm is willing to provide training towards your professional qualifications and you will join other members of staff who have already taken the steps towards qualifications.

Desired Skills and Experience:

They are looking for a new member of staff to work in their busy East London office.

The candidate should ideally have worked in Housing previously and have a good working knowledge of residential tenancies, customer services, property management.

The candidate should be able to give focus and energy to this role each day. As you will be dealing with clients and customers face to face every day and each day you are never 100% sure what the day will bring.
