Job purpose:

To provide the Operations Manager with a high level of call taking activity and administration within the Call Centre customer service department, serving the community in partnership with the NHS and a high level of administration support within the customer service department

Key Responsiblities:-

  • Answering the telephone in a high activity call centre environment whilst obtaining and verifying information from the client and inputting onto computer system
  • Inputting and retrieving data from the in house computer system
  • Accurate order entry received via telephone and fax
  • Provides product information by answering questions and offering assistance where possible
  • Enhances organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and difficult requests
  • Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Problem solving by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions
  • Escalating unresolved problems
  • Actively responsible for building team work and working together as a team
  • Adhering to Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work as per the company policy
  • Any other duties relating to the role as requested by your Manager or the company
