Night Porter - Front of House

A fantastic role has become available for a Night Porter to join our Front of House department.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Night Manager by providing a friendly, efficient service and a lasting impression to all guests arriving and departing from the hotel and to assist in the efficient running of the Front of House Department, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service is delivered at all times keeping in line with company procedures.

Duties of the Night Porter include to; greet and deal with guests in an efficient manner on arrival to the hotel and departure following their stay, management of guest accounts, luggage assistance and fire panel administration, and assisting the Night Team with all other ad hoc tasks.

If you are passionate about customer service and delivering impeccable service this could be the position for you. The ideal candidate must also be smart, customer focused, have strong communication skills and be highly organised.

The ability to use computer systems is essential and Knowledge of Opera system is preferred, as is a minimum of one years experience in a similar role, however full training will be given.
