estimator (Main Contracting/RC frame)

Estimator (Main Contracting - Pref RC frames) up to £60k plus package



I am recruiting on behalf of a growing business that turned over £30M last year and is now seeking an Estimator to join the team and keep up with demand. The pipeline of work secured for the next 12 months looks to already exceed over £35M in construction value at this stage, reflecting the successful approach this progressive company are taking to the market. 
 

Originally a Groundworks and RC frame contractor, this thriving company has expanded and diversified and now acts as a principal contractor on a number of large-scale new build and refurbishment frameworks. 
 

The bulk of projects sit within the Commercial sector with work spread across East Anglia and the head office based in Northern Cambridgeshire. 
 

To be considered for this role you should be able to meet the following criteria: 
 

Degree qualified in a relevant discipline

Minimum of 2 years' experience in estimating

Quantity Surveyor working within a post-contract / construction / contractor environment

Project experience as a Estimator / Quantity Surveyor will be within the property sectors, ideally with exposure to commercial D&B projects - expertise in RC Frame work will also be considered an advantage

You must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
