Chef de Partie - The Ginger Fox, East Sussex
The Ginger Fox, part of the Gingerman Group, is a 2AA rosette Gastro Pub / Restaurant with both Michelin and Good Food guide accreditations.
The Ginger Fox is a friendly and relaxed pub in the rural setting of the South Downs, approx 7 miles outside of Brighton. We serve high-quality, seasonal, Sussex produce; from local fish and meat, to beer from Harveys, and award-winning wine from Ridgeview.
Due to our expansion plans we are now looking to grow our back of house team and we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our skilled team.
The correct candidate will have worked in a similar environment within a busy kitchen and will therefore be able to complement the team using his/her expertise.
