Job Purpose: To provide a wide range of maintenance and repair services
The high levels of provision and usage make great demands on maintenance, as do the expectations of the many users and stakeholders.
Working under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Assistant needs to be a capable, responsible, trustworthy person, who can work independently. This post requires good organisational skills to ensure that tasks are properly recorded, scheduled and undertaken.
This role requires some flexibility in working hours, and may include some evenings and weekends.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: GBP14976.00 per annum
