A Customer Services/Contracts Administrator is required to join a leading Vehicle Contract Hire & Leasing Broker, est. 1998, Specialising in, & offering business & private individuals Contract Hire & Leasing finance for their vehicle requirements. The successful candidate will join the Admin/Customer Services Team, working within their busy & challenging "Call Centre" style Sales Environment, ensuring timely, efficient & accurate administrative support is provided to the Sales Team.

The successful candidate:
Will be hard working, reliable, committed, self-motivated & have the ability to work at speed, accurately & under pressure, working to tight deadlines as well as taking ownership of /processing own workload, a friendly personality to which customers can respond well to along with effective organisational & planning skills is vital.

A good work ethic is crucial to the role. You will be responsible for dealing with customers potential & existing, providing a first class Customer Service experience, this is a very competitive market & so speedy delivery of the service is vital as is the ability to multi task & work accurately at speed. Able to quickly build rapport & good working relationships with clients, suppliers & colleagues is essential.

Would best suit individual from motor industry such as a Car Dealership, insurance broker or from financial services background.
Knowledge of FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) procedures would be an advantage.

You need to be experienced using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel with excellent IT/keyboard skills (speed & accuracy),

Qualifications: Minimum GCSE/A*-C in Maths & English or equivalent. Industry Training including AML and DPA Regulations, Introduction to Consumer Credit Regulations, advantageous but training will be provided. Salary negotiable for right candidate.
