Tchibo Coffee International has an exciting opportunity for a professional, self- motivated Customer Base Executive to join our modern, exciting and energetic call centre in Epsom. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive genuine earning potential of £25,000 (inclusive of commission).

Tchibo Coffee International has been successfully providing high quality coffee machines, coffee and related products to businesses across the UK since 1991.

The Customer Base Executive role

You will actively research and prospect new customer appointments for our field based sales team; to respond to online sales enquiries and support our web-based live-chat, and to deal effectively with customer complaints and retain their business. You will be also part of a small, friendly call-centre team working in a supportive environment where full training will be given to ensure you have everything you need to be successful.

Key duties of the Customer Base Executive:

- Qualify prospects from campaigns, internet research and data lists by telephone

- Book quality appointments in Outlook diaries for the field sales team

- Respond to all online sales enquiries

- Receive inbound calls from campaigns and advertising

- Handle inbound customer complaint calls

- Create ideas to reduce customer losses

- Ensure the database is updated daily with all relevant information

Skills and experience required by the Customer Base Executive:

- A confident and effective communicator at all levels

- Target driven with an articulate telephone manner

- Time management and organisational skills

- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite

- Time management and organisational skills

Previous telesales and/or customer service experience is essential.

Benefits: Offering a basic salary of £19-£20,000 plus monthly commission with a potential company bonus and good benefits, based at our modern Head Offices here in Epsom, Surrey.

Office hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday
