An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Executive to work for a successful, friendly and team-spirited company in their brand-new premises in Hereford. Don’t worry, you won’t be selling double glazing or anything like that. You will be selling to builders merchants who want and need our products! So what will you need to be their next telesales pro?

• Do you have B2B sales experience with a proven track record of sales success?
• Are you a team player? This is key to this role! No prima donnas!
• Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner?

If so, this could be the perfect telesales role for you! Oh, it’d also be great if you had any knowledge of the construction-supply industry – but don’t worry if not, product training is provided.

The role is full time, 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday and you’ll be met with a basic salary of up to £20,000 p.a. with future progression and the opportunity to work for an awesome company...they have a tubeslide from their meeting room to reception and their meeting room table is covered in Astroturf...need we say more?!

Great, what’s the role?
As Telesales Executive you’ll be responsible for B2B sales within the office focusing on builders’ merchant sector, nurturing existing customers and seeking new ones.

Your other responsibilities will include:
• Making proactive sales calls, building relationships with new prospects and recording calls onto the CRM system
• Identifying leakage, gaps and cross-selling opportunities to existing customers, and acting accordingly
• Responding to email and phone enquiries
