You should ideally have the ability and creativity to build solid relationships and possess an ambitious nature and a desire to succeed within a driven environment.

Primary Objective

To maximise the quality and quantity of candidates recruited for the Rugby branch for the supply of temporary workers to clients whilst maintaining H&G Recruitment`s compliance standards.

Secondary Objectives

Recruitment - to assist the above branches in maintaining a pool of skilled, motivated and professional temporary workers and ensure compliance with any relevant laws and operating standards

Planning - To ensure the daily bookings are planned in accordance with the client requirements
Service - to register and place candidates for assessments relevant to their experience in a timely manner.You will be required to generate business from local companies & projects via telephone calls & face to face meetings as well as supporting our existing database of clients.
Compliance - to manage and maintain an auditable trail of registrations complying with any relevant laws and operating standards which include client specific legislative criteria.


* Contact candidates who apply via Recruitive and H&G website for all current job vacancies and complete telephone interview * Take telephone enquiries and complete telephone interview * CV search where applicable * Contact database with new opportunities * Complete applicable administration with regards to tracking applications

Planning *maintaining contact with candidate base to ensure fulfilment of bookings *plan on a daily basis in accordance with the clients requirements *communicate accurate data to clients and candidates

* Interview,register and manage candidates * Obtain and update candidate information and upload onto our CRM system * Provide leads via candidate to relevant branch * Support others branches on new contract wins * Supply relevant information to payroll department, relevant branch and client on new candidates * Place candidates with relevant experience for assessment/induction in a timely manner * Complete applicable administration with regards to processing candidates
