Due to planned expansion a superb opportunity has arisen for a motivated and diligent professional to join the busy team at Curvasure, a reputable land surveying business based in Conwy, North Wales.

Curvasure is an energetic company of land surveyors and setting-out engineers with clients across North Wales and North West England, ranging from single person architects through to multi-national construction firms. The professional team assist clients on contracts ranging from the design and build of a small housing development to multi-million pound public infrastructure projects.

As a Land Surveyor you’ll take responsibility for your own workload of both small and large scale topographic land surveys at a wide variety of sites.

To be considered for this Land Surveyor role you’ll have the following experience, skills, knowledge and attributes;

• Experience in the use of total stations and GPS
• Working knowledge of post process techniques
• Qualified to a minimum of HNC standard or above, whilst any specific experience within the industry shall be taken into account
• Motivated, innovative, diligent and friendly
• Desire to work in a small business and be part of its ongoing success
• Personable with a good sense of humour
• Full UK driving licence

Experience in measured building surveys and site setting out an advantage, although not essential.

Salary:                          Salary level dependent on qualifications and experience

Benefits:                       Company van, 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays

Hours of Work:             Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm. Flexibility will be required to meet business needs and clients.

Location:                      Field based across North Wales and North West England predominantly. Attending the head office each morning in Colwyn Bay (Conwy County, North Wales)
