Kitchen Manager

Our Kitchen Managers are an integral part of our Management team. You will have full responsibility for overall operations back of house, including purchasing and managing stock and food hygiene compliance.

You will create and manage a team which is competent and driven in all areas of food perpetration, working closely with our Pub Manager to ensure that we deliver outstanding food quality which results in our customers becoming our regulars!


To prepare, cook and present food in line with company standards
Deliver outstanding levels of customer service and ensure that all customer enquiries or issues are resolved satisfactorily
Maintain the kitchen hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Protect and secure all company stock and property in order to minimise the risk of loss and ensure that all policy and procedures are in place to meet company audit requirements
Assist where required in the completion of all required pub administration, such as stocktaking
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products in order to recommend to and advise customers
Follow all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations and guidelines
To support the opening and closing of the pub in line with Company processes as required
