Job Title: Events Coordinator
Salary: £18,000 - £28,000 per annum depend on the experiences
Location: London
An opportunity has arisen with our client based in London for an Events Coordinator to join their team.This is an opportunity to join a high performing event marketing team in a fast growing industry.
You will be responsible for event promotion, speaker liaison, sourcing venues, administration including processing registrations, raising POs, printing booklets and badges and dealing with suppliers. panellists and delegates.
The role requires excellent organisation and administrative skills and a high level of computer literacy in all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
Requirements:

* Smart appearance, excellent communication skills
* Confident, outgoing personality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confidence with a pro-active and enthusiastic approach
* Drive to succeed and hit targets
* Desire to take on team leading responsibilities within 6-12 weeks
* Ability to network to increase customer & staff numbers through ‘Social Media’
* Good online eCommerce sense.
