Mechanical Contracts Manager 
Hampshire 
Salary £45,000 to £50,000 + Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension 
 
Mechanical / Building Services Company based in Hampshire requires an experienced Project / Contracts Manager to administer projects from estimating to final invoice payments. 
 
The position would be office based but site attendances would be necessary to oversee their works and sub-contract installations.

They operate as a specialist sub-contractor and main-contractor installing HVAC within the building industry but also employed direct from the end user installing various piped services in a combination of pipework materials. 
 
The applicant must have previous experience, a full understanding and knowledge of all building services and be self-motivated. 
 
The main duties will include the running and day to day control of multiple projects, from ordering materials, organising and programming of sub-contractors and direct employed operatives 
 
The candidate will manage projects once the order has been received and would be responsible for attending meetings, interim valuations, the pricing of variations, cost control to deliver within budget and for submitting final accounts. 
 
The successful candidate would report directly to the senior Contracts Manager and the Directors. 
 
Mechanical Contracts Manager - Candidate Attributes: 
3 years experience in a similar role. 
A self-starter. 
A strong communicator, both verbal and written. 
Comfortable with the use of Microsoft office. 
Mechanical qualifications such and HNC or HND in mechanical field.
