Award Winning Restaurant in Cowbridge

Contract type: Permanent
Busy Cowbridge restaurant recruiting a commis chef to be the driving force of its open kitchen. This is a perfect role for an individual who has a passion for incredible ingredients and cooked to order food in an open kitchen.
The concept is delivered through cooking in their wood fired oven and the ethos surrounds seasonal quality food.
Applicants will require
- own transport
- be driven to learn, be energetic and enthused by flavours
- be a fast learner
- the compatibility to work well as part of a team
- fully trained on HACCP, food hygiene standards and daily monitoring in the kitchen
The applicant MUST be able to work under pressure and have a passion for our food style. Experience in a similar role is desirable however, if you're looking for your first opportunity in a Chef role and would like to be trained then our client still like to hear from you. Apprenticeship opportunity available.
