A Front of House is required to join a unique and exciting company with thriving Centres within the City of Manchester. The Front of House is the first point of contact at their flagship Centre and will enjoy meeting and greeting guests, getting to know clients and developing good relationships whilst carrying out a variety of tasks.

Essential Position Requirements:
- Face-to-face customer service experience.
- A friendly, confident and helpful manner.
- Smart appearance.
- Experience of working within a client-facing environment.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal, written and electronic.
- Proven IT literacy.
- Customer focused approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Evidence of strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Ensuring maintenance of front of house and general housekeeping.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Supporting the sales process by assisting in delivering the 'client experience'.
- Assisting clients within the Centre in a polite and professional manner at all times.
- Troubleshooting basic IT and telephony technical issues.
- Available to work after hours to cover events (paid overtime).
- Seeking appropriate lines of escalation.
