Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Southampton
Salary up to £45,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package
A friendly and established building contacts based in Southampton is searching for a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial contracts up to the value of 1 Million.
This role would suit a contracting Surveyor who is frustration with large company politics and procedures. If you enjoys making money and maximises profit they this role is for you.
It is important you have a good understanding of JCT forms of contract and are able to appropriately enforce and utilise the contracts in issues and disputes.
Responsibilities will include, Pricing, CVRs, preparation of tenders documents, sub contract and materials procurement, preparation of budget costings and valuation of project variations and maximising profit.
The successful applicants will have several years experience in a similar role, be well organised with good presentation skills and have the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
