Position: Efficiency Services Analyst
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £20000 - £25000 per annum + Benefits

The company client is a widely known organisation who is currently looking to appoint a highly skilled Efficiency Services Analyst for their team office based in Gloucestershire.
This is a unique opportunity to join a widely respected brand in a period of fast paced change.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
* The effective and efficient delivery of assigned Efficiency Services projects.
* The provision of MI and reporting of the divisional IT & Business Change Portfolio for the divisional Exec and Management Teams.
* Ensuring that any outsourcing tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner to the expected quality level
* Work with various internal and external stakeholders, clients and suppliers as per the task brief to achieve the desired outcomes
* Provide timely responses and levels of service to all enquiries
* Ensure compliance with company Standards and Code of Conduct, regulatory requirements, and any necessary standards
* 1st line support to the divisional instance of Sharepoint
* Provision of MI for exec boards
* Definition, ownership and operation of MI Reporting processes e.g. production Board pack production
* Maintenance of related templates
* Co-ordination and maintenance of governance timelines / calendar / work logs
* Deliver continuous improvement projects as defined with stakeholders
* Share knowledge, insight, best practice and ideas amongst fellow colleagues/team
* Strive for excellence across all your work
Relationships duties will include:
Internal:
* Reports into the Hub and Efficiency Manager
* Supports Head of PMO and Efficiency Services
* Supports the relevant stakeholders as determine on a case by case basis
* Works effectively in cross-functional project teams
Qualifications and competencies required:
* At least 2 years' experience involving:
* The generation, analysis and presentation of complex MI and associated commentary to suit varying audiences
* Creation and implementation of re-usable processes, procedures and templates
* Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task
* Good communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Excellent analytical and numerical reasoning skills
* Good problem solving and organisational skills
* Intermediate to advanced use of MS products to enable manipulation of data and MI to deliver/publish required reporting
* Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Preferred background:
* Experience of Project Management and Development Lifecycle Methodologies
* Awareness of Project Lifecycles, methodologies, gates and deliverables
* Business Analysis and Process Mapping skills
* Project planning skills
* VBA skills
* Document management experience (SharePoint an advantage)
* Strong process orientation and experience in process improvements
* Experience of working in the financial services or IT industry
