Trainee Sales Executive

This well-established and respected manufacturing business employing over 1000 people in the UK is now looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Sales Trainee.

Position: Trainee Sales Executive
Location: Dudley
Salary: £12-£14k plus bonus, 21 days holiday and pension after qualifying period, plus full training

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales trainee to join our successful internal sales team.

You will be given the training necessary to carry out your role, which will involve building strong relationships quickly with customers over the telephone to pro-actively sell our wide range of products and services to both new and existing customers.

You will also process sales enquiries / orders and see all of your administration through to completion, ensuring excellent levels of customer service.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a school or college leaver who has strong organisational skills, is methodical in their approach and has the tenacity to be successful in this target driven role. No previous industry knowledge is necessary as full product training will be given.

They will also consider recent college leavers or graduates who have gained some work experience and recognise that they have a desire to pursue a career in sales.

More important is a very strong "can do" attitude, bright personality and a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
