Working from branch office of a busy general practice located in Ruthin in the Vale of Clwyd with potential for partnership prospects.
Experienced in private client work, residential and commercial conveyancing, probate and wills, elderly client work.
Conveyancing, Probate, Wills and Trusts, Landlord and Tenant and Housing Association work.
Achieving performance targets as set by the Directors.
Skills knowledge/experience necessary for the role (e.g. replacement)
Essential – at least two years post qualification experience in probate, conveyancing landlord and tenant matters. Computer experience. Suitable reference from former employer and one character reference from non professionally linked referee.
Desirable – experience in agricultural matters, and matrimonial matters. Ability to communicate through the Welsh language.
Contacts within the community and own following would be carefully considered.

To deal with own clients, ensuring service quality levels are to standard. To follow internal systems, methods and procedures encouraging and ensuring others to do the same.
