Careers and Employability Officer

We are looking for an experienced programme manager (South Coast) who can oversee the preparation and delivery of our new and growing Careers and Employability Initiative within schools, partner organisations and Teach First. The geographical remit for this role is the South Coast area, but you could be based in either the SC or London Office to perform this role.
Salary :
Up to £31,510. Roles based in London will also receive the £3,000 London Weighting Allowance
Location:
London Office (Mitre Passage, Greenwich Peninsula, London, SE10 0ER) or South Coast Office (C/O The Bishop of Winchester Academy Mallard Road Bournemouth BH8 9PW).
We are flexible to consider applicants based in London, but they must be able to travel regularly to the South Coast region, South Coast schools and the South Coast office to ensure the effective delivery of the Careers and Employability Initiative. In addition, ad hoc travel to events and team days across the country will be expected.
