Vacancy:
GroupCytek, an independent Automation company, delivering Automation, Consultancy and Projects to the process industries, is seeking to build on its success and further expand the team, with the addition of one experienced Siemens PLC / SCADA Engineer.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent experience.
Job Description:
As a PLC / SCADA Engineer, you will have experience in the Specification, Design, Implementation and Installation / Commissioning phases of projects in the Major Processing Industries. This role is Water industry focused, you will be responsible for the PLC and SCADA system works at a particular site. Working within a larger team and to defined templates, and will require experience in:
- Full Project Life Cycle including the development of Functional and Design Specifications
- Implementation, including programming and configuration
- Installation, testing, commissioning and site support
- Operational Training and documentation
- Developing and implementing control strategy modifications
- Control System Industry Standards and compliance knowledge
Skill Set:
5 years+ Siemens S7 and WinCC Engineering environment and Industry experience.
